Majorca (Spanish)

This ramallet tomato's distinctive taste and dry flesh are treasured on the small Spanish island of Majorca in the Mediterranean Sea. They are often hung from the ceilings of homes there in towns like Banyalbufar and used throughout the winter. This is a wonderful tomato to slice and drizzle with olive oil on fresh- baked bread.
The indeterminate vine is about five foot and quite productive.
