Cherokee Purple

The flavor of this old tomato found in Cherokee country is said to rival the famous Brandywine. The 10 - 12 oz. fruit is an unusual dusky rose color, and production is decent on strong, indeterminate vines. This is a mid-season tomato - about 80 days to maturity. The strain I have is regular-leaved.
Two other close relatives are Indian Stripe and my cross, Royal Purple. We send at least 35 seeds in a padded mailer with instructions for starting.
