This old shoepeg corn grown during the time of Linclon has an irregular pattern of creamy white, deep slender kernels and is widely regarded as the finest roasting varieties available. Wonderful flavor at the milk stage. Growing to 8 feet tall and multi-tillered, it produces 2 ears per plant, each 8 inches long. Long flags protect the ears. A large packet is an ounce and will plant at least 6 rows 15 feet long. About 90 days to maturity. 80+ seeds per packet collected this season.
