Blushing Beauty is a stable cross of Rose de Berne and Cherokee Purple I made here on the farm. The deep dusky pink globes are flawless and spicy sweet. The variety is dependable, adaptable and very productive, making it a favorite for market gardening. There will be dozens of these 8 ounce beauties ripening at any one time on the sturdy 6 foot vines, putting most commercial hybrids to shame.
