Flambeau Bush Bean

Sporting a distinctive flattened 4" pod with brilliant magenta stripes, Flambeau has been productive and healthy this season. It is a bit later at 75 days, but has a long production period. Beans set in bunches near the top of the plants for easy picking. The immature beans can be podded and the light green seeds have a nutty flavor and buttery texture. When dried the seeds are purple on white - quite handsome and a good cooking bean.
