Tzimbalo is a rare relative of the tomato. When ripe, the fruit is a creamy green with prominent dark stripes. The flavor is a little like a tart cucumber with a lingering sweetness. This plant requires a long season to mature, around 100 days, so it is best to start early. My seed is limited this year and I am still testing the germination. 20 seeds per packet.
