Markham Magnat

Acquired in a Russian exchange of seed, Markham Magnat is a blocky, pale red tomato with firm flesh and very good flavor. The variety appears to weather difficult conditions and sets a steady supply of 8-10 oz fruits. They hold very well on the vine. While not a true paste tomato, this one will cook down well and also is excellent for drying.
