Principe Borghese

This is the Italian heirloom famous for sun drying. The 2 ounce grape tomatoes are quite solid and have fewer seeds than most. A whole cluster will ripen at once. The flavor is rich and makes a wonderful robust sauce. There are a couple of differences between what I have and the strain you generally see. This is more of a semi-determinate, so the huge production is spread out over a month and the fruit has a definite tip.
