Ajvarsky Pepper

Ajvarsky is a well-known Macedonian roasting pepper. These large, sweet peppers are traditionally roasted and ground to make a delicious Balkan relish known as Ajvar. The stocky plants set thick-walled delicious red peppers maturing in about 80 days.
