Topepo Rosso Pepper

Topepo is an Italian pimento pepper with thick, meaty walls. The mature fruit is deep red and crunchy with a mildly sweet flavor.
peppers are 2-3 inches in diameter and flattened in shape. It sort of resembles an Italian tomato - hence the name.
The variety is ideal for slicing fresh or roasting and pickling.
