Leutschauer Paprika

A brilliant red drying pepper originally from the Leutschau region of Slovakia, this mild to medium paprika (2,500 SHU) has terrific flavor. We use the dried ground spice on pretty much everything we cook. The tall plants may need some support due to the heavy production. (85 days)
