Pomodoro di Corleone

This blocky, slightly ribbed Sicilian tomato cooks up into a splendid sauce. These tomatoes are often dry-farmed in Italy and allowed to sprawl on the ground. The plants are disease resistant and productive. The seed came to me from a friend here in Northern New Mexico who has collected a number of Italian varieties. 75 days
